Back to EpisodesScaling Up: An Introduction to Real Estate Syndications & Our Latest Deal Now Open to Investors
Description
This week’s episode features an interview with seasoned multifamily real estate investor and syndicator Shawn Winslow. Shawn is the founder and managing partner of real estate investing firm, Greenbriar Capital Group, based out of Boston, MA. He is also the host of the Multifamily Money Podcast where he interviews highly successful real estate investors and entrepreneurs to provide his listeners with industry secrets on how to start, build and scale their real estate portfolios.
Shawn has built his portfolio around creative multifamily and student housing by bringing distressed assets back to life. Due to raving reviews after his initial episode launched, this is the second time we’re interviewing Shawn on the show. He’s back to discuss the power of real estate syndications, and to discuss the current project we now have open to investors.
After listening to the episode, if you are interested in learning more about partnering on the deal we discussed or any other future projects, make sure to fill out the investor questionnaire that can be found via the link in the show notes.
