Etxarri has been the man that coaches such as Mikel Arteta, Julen Lopetegui, Unai Emery, Xabi Alonso and our own Andoni Iraola have turned to.
Here in an honest interview, the man people in the Basque Country call the Football Professor discusses his encounters with Iraola and his fellow compatriots, the philosophy that the Athletic Club Bilbao side employ, his role at Real Sociedad and the future of Basque football.
