Deconstructing the one-size-fits-all wellness model with Megan Swann
Description
Megan Swan is an Integrated Wellness Coach & Strategic Advisor specializing in working with high performance humans, entrepreneurs, leaders and modern companies to help them thread strategic wellness practices into their existing routines and company culture. In doing so it enables more sustainable energy, motivation, and confidence to achieve their goals without burnout.
At 30 she sold everything to embark on her own “Eat, Pray, Love” journey of sorts and now at 43 finds herself still on her first stop where she fell in love with one of her English students. She and her husband have two beautiful boys and three adorable dogs. They love to travel and explore the lesser known beaches of Mexico. She has 10+ years of integrative wellness experience as a certified IIN Health Coach, Plant-Based Chef, Yoga Teacher and Consultant. She is on a mission to make wellness a way of life and not a checkmark on your to do list.
