I talk about how the Titans made a great move for their team with this signing but what sense does it make for the overall team. Hopkins's relevancy in fantasy football slips a bit now that he plays for a team that has too many question marks on both sides of the ball. The biggest question is will Ryan Tannehil be able to get him the ball and if he can't who will.
