Kitty Finklea is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and life coach. She has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and currently works at a medically based wellness facility and does nutrition-related projects and writing projects for a federally qualified health center. Her areas of expertise include intuitive eating, eating disorders, and nutrition for other health-related issues including diabetes, auto-immune and cardiovascular conditions. In her spare time, she loves cooking, gardening, walking, strength training, yoga, and traveling.

Kitty will be a regular guest here to help us better understand an eating plan to best fit a woman's lifestyle navigating type 1 diabetes and hormonal changes.
