The Oberaargauer Brass Band OBB was founded in 1981. A little later, the first successes could be celebrated. In 1982 the band won the Swiss Brass Band Competition in first class and also gave the first concert in the Solothurn concert hall. From then on, the OBB started at the Swiss Brass Band Competition in the top class
