Make a list of things that bring you joy. Make a list of people and things you love. Give your attention to the things on these lists. Things and people that help you shine bright. Let you be who-you-are.
Start every day looking at your lists. If you start feeling stressed or down, look at your lists. When you have a bad day, look at your lists. Be grateful for everything on the lists. Then watch as the world transforms before your eyes.
It’s not your job to try and transform yourself to suit the world. It IS your job to transform your world to reflect your highest self.
