a. 屬靈操練, 在讀經禱告中把我們的心與神連接

Spiritual Discipline, reading bible and pray in ways that connect our heart to God.

b. 堅持自律,放下自我,遵守真道

Self Discipline, empty ourselves, hold to biblical teachings

「你要專心仰賴耶和華,不可倚靠自己的聰明,不可倚靠自己的聰明,一切所行的事上,都要認定他,他必指引你的路。」(箴 3:5-6)
