Today, we have a special guest, Hayley Friedman @hhealinghayley. Hayley is 23 years old. She just finished her undergraduate degree and is now heading to law school. She is a huge mental health advocate, especially because of her own experiences. Hayley was officially diagnosed with anorexia nervosa in 2019 after struggling in silence for three years. She has been on the path to recovery ever since.
