Description
Jake Wolki and his wife Ann run Wolki farm and butchery in Albury in New South Wales.
They started the farm in 2019 on a hobby block that his dad used for conventional cattle. Things changed very quickly, thanks to YouTube rabbitholes and a deepening commitment to doing things differently. The Wolkis farm according to five principles: animal welfare, environmental backbone, healing food, community and profit. It’s been a radical life shift for Jake from fast food and poor health to regenerative farming and vitality. He couldn’t love it more.
