Meet a miniaturized group of brightly-colored fishes (jet black and electric blue anyone??) with a wiggle-waggle dance and love for tea-colored blackwaters, springs, and submerged aquatic vegetation. Find all seven species in the Southeastern U.S., including the Spring Pygmy Sunfish (a threatened Alabama endemic).
