The ratio of Unsold home to Sold Homes is now above 5:1, that's 5 unsold homes for each one under offer, and it's climbing.

The media reports on house price data that is, at best, 3 months out of date and a small sample. What's happening at the coal face has no data. But I'm talking to agents and movers every day.

And I want to help people move, help agents, and keep transactions going.
