Description

Are you ready to unlock the secret to living a blissfully balanced life?

In this latest episode of the Happy Hustle Podcast, I dive deep into the concept of C.I.T.S: Chill in the Still. This simple yet profound practice has the potential to become the most impactful five minutes of your day. Trust me; it can be a game-changer!

Imagine this – finding a way to slow down, connect with source energy, and put everything in perspective. Whether you meditate on the beach, in the wilderness, or simply step outside wherever you are, you can experience the beauty and serenity of nature.

Incorporating meditation into your daily routine is essential for your well-being. It's time to slow down, partner, and just Chill in the Still. Make it a habit to spend 5-10 minutes every day reflecting, meditating, praying, or whatever helps you reconnect and find your center.

For me, one of the most profound ways to embrace C.I.T.S. is through meditation, especially in the great outdoors.

Don't worry; it's not complicated at all. Just find a quiet space, focus on your breathing, and let your mind find its calm. Starting with these few minutes a day will make an enormous difference on your journey to blissfully balanced greatness.

Also, having a personal mantra can provide a needed mental boost when you need to focus your mind to achieve a goal. It can be used to guide you in the way you want to live your life.

It is a tool of the mind that aids us in slowing down the monkey mind of our incessant, unruly, and incontrollable thoughts and thus replacing those thoughts with powerful positive sayings or affirmations.

The neurological effects of consistently saying a mantra(s) on your brain are overwhelmingly positive. It decreases stress, increases relaxation, and circulates positive energy throughout your body.

Not to mention, on a subconscious level, you are manifesting your positive affirmations using the law of attraction.

I literally use mantras and positive affirmations at least twice a day.

Here is a brief outline of how I do it; feel free to fill in the blanks with what speaks to you:

I AM (a personal attribute).

I AM (a long-term goal achieved).

I AM (a philanthropic goal achieved).

I AM (a financial goal achieved).

I AM (an emotion or thought).

I like to say these positive affirmations/mantras in the morning while jumping on my rebounder and at night just before bed.

If you want to create your own "I AM Mantra", take some time and think about what you want your personal mantra to be about.

The only rule is that it has to motivate and inspire you to be your best self. It can be a lot of things, like your favorite quote, a power phrase, a proverb, an affirmation, or anything that resonates with you.
