This week I was traveling the Southwest visiting Sedona, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and Grand Canyon in celebration of our beautiful country. As I open my eyes and my mind to see the beauty and freedom that we have, I am focused on finding the good and the joy in everything. That is what I am encouraging all of us to do, because it's biologically proven that when we focus our attention on fear and negativity, guess what?
We get more of it and good news the same thing happens when we are excited, in love and grateful. Share your light for this will shine brighter on you and others.
