After building the foundations of his career in the United Kingdom, Pip Pratt (Bistecca, The Gidley, The Rover, Alfie’s) took a trip to Australia that changed his life. He ended up in the team at Bentley Restaurant and Bar, before joining a young group on the verge of something special.
