Chris is an active, professional Fire Captain with over 25 years of experience in the Fire Service, currently leading Municipal and Wildland Crews in Southern California.
Chris has been training exclusively at Fire Dept facilities, outdoors, or his home garage gym for over 15 years. Chris’ passion for mentoring and coaching has caused him to create effective and high-quality fitness programs for the arduous lifestyle of Fire Service Athletes. Chris has been married for 21 years to his wife Natalie, and they are raising two young men Joseph and Noah.
