Look around you.  Find 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. 
Grounding takes your mind away from what is causing your anxiety and onto things you can manage. 
Anxiety isn’t you, it’s something you learn to move through. Being mindful of where your thoughts go is the way through. 
Breathe. Be present. You got this.
