Penn State's NIL efforts continue to play out in the quickly changing landscape of college football. Bauer, Blue White Illustrated's front-office insider, shares what he knows about the situation and what Penn State is trying to do in order to compete with other top schools.
The duo will also discuss Penn State basketball's first member of the 2024 Class, Jahvin Carter.
