Jason Rosoff is the CEO of Radical Candor Inc, and a Co-Host on the Radical Candor Podcast. After working as a product management executive, Jason teamed up with Radical Candor author Kim Scott to teach managers and leaders how to be more effective managers and leaders. 

Between his podcast and the training that he does, Jason has a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities for managers in the workplace. During our conversation, Jason shared some of what he felt were the challenges that managers face today, why management training goes wrong, and how he would rewrite and redesign the role of the manager fit for purpose in today’s world of work.
