RAGBRAI director Matt Phippen is on this episode to provide a recap of the 2023 RAGBRAI Route Inspection Ride. A small team of cyclists joined Matt in early June to pedal the same route that riders will ride during RAGBRAI. Matt talks with Murph about road conditions, how he is preparing the towns and also addresses a few hot topics like the mandatory 2 miles of gravel, and the status of the Guiness World Record attempt.
