Welcome back to the Coven of Awesomeness! This week we have our amazing friend Mary Ellen from Nourished by ME on the show! As a nourishment coach,, it makes sense that we would ask Mary Ellen what she's been eating. Renee has been making bacon and egg salad with a bacon fat vinaigrette, Louise has been eating at The Alchemist, which is a super cool Cocktail bar in Glasgow, and Mary Ellen has been making vegan mac and cheese.
