In 1871 after the financial aftermath of the Civil War the United States was in trouble so with no constitutional authority Congress , at that time , created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia. We were pledged as collateral for the Elite Banking Cartel and feed that our country is free . Why do we pay taxes on everything? What can we do about it ?
