In this episode Jane interviews regular Aussie Mum Jenny on her traumatic past and the complex web of trauma and ADHD. Jenny talks about her past and how she only began exploring it after she became a Mum and how that has impacted her parenting and children. We also discuss Neurofeedback therapy and EMDR therapy.
