Season 1 Episode 147

Send us a text

Welcome to another Spilling the Milk Series where I chat to a range of amazing mums who have been through it all.

We talk candidly and openly about their pregnancy journeys, challenges along the way, their birth story, and importantly, we also discuss the 4th trimester and beyond.

We discuss recovery, mental health, physical health and everything else that goes along with this journey we call motherhood.

Today’s chat is with the beautiful Maddy Zanata.

Maddy describes her two miscarriages and mental health challenges followed by what she describes as a beautiful maternal assisted caesarean birth.  Maddy is really open and honest with us.  She talks us through the ups and downs she experienced, including breastfeeding challenges and her decision to introduce mixed feeding.

Maddy is active on Instagram and she is a passionate advocate of body positivity, and this amazing chat has it all, and I just know you will all hearing Maddy’s story.
