In this edition, our Steering Committee members discuss two of the latest papers in the field of axSpA therapeutics, providing their own insights and experience into two very interesting publications. Our first paper aimed to determine when the optimal time to start secukinumab treatment is demonstrated by a significant difference between baseline and post treatment BASDAI scores. Our second paper the goes on to evaluate a case report of a 45-year-old male, with AS, and adalimumab-induced refractory paradoxical palmoplantar pustulosis, after failure of prior secukinumab treatment.
