This week on Rockonteurs we are joined by Adam Clayton from U2. What can you say about this band? Consistently one of the biggest groups of the last 40 years, hit albums, game changing tours, musically diverse, incredibly creative and risk taking and utter masters of their craft. U2 are one of the truly greatest bands of all time. On the show this week we have an in-depth conversation with Adam about the origins of the band, their influences, the early struggles and the huge success that followed. We discuss the ‘born with’ charisma of Bono who was a ready-made rock star, the virtuoso talent of the Edge and the dedication and passion of Larry. It is a fascinating insight into the workings of a band who will never be forgotten and who continue to create a stunning body of music.
