Air Force pilot Lt. Col. Frank Murray of the CIA's secret A-12 aircraft project known as OXCART. Col. Murray was one of the first to fly the fastest aircraft in the world, before the famous SR-71.

He passed on to the infinite on March 23rd of this year at 92! His call sign lives on as "Dutch 20."
