Aaron is a husband and father of eight children. In his mid-forties, he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure and was advised to take statin drugs. Despite dieting on and off for years, he had no real success in managing his conditions and kept getting sicker.

When he searched the internet for help, he discovered that type 2 diabetes is a reversible disease, which surprised him since his doctor had never informed him of this. He became motivated to reverse his condition and that's when he found the carnivore diet.

Within six months of following the carnivore diet, he had reversed his diabetes, lost over 30 pounds, and reversed his hypertension. As time passed, the list of benefits kept growing. Now, over a year later as of March 2023, he feels compelled to share his experience with others who might be in a similar situation. He has lost over 50 pounds and has been able to maintain a 5-day-a-week exercise routine despite his physically demanding job.
