After surviving a year of suicidal postpartum depression and anxiety, Claude is now teaching women to embrace the very same tools that changed her life through Glow Up With Claude, her signature lifestyle and wellness mindset coaching program. Claude’s approach is characterized by non-negotiable discipline, unwavering grit and overall mental toughness – areas which are often neglected by the fitness industry in lieu of trendy diet fads and unsustainable workout routines. More than merely achieving physical results, however, Claude helps her diverse clientele develop the mental willpower to succeed in every arena of life.   Leveraging her candor, wit and tenacity, she is challenging the notion that women deserve anything less than 100 percent of what they are willing to work for. Claude currently resides in Las Vegas with her husband Noah, and their son, Nova.

In this episode, Claude opens up about her journey through severe postpartum depression, how she made it out,  the opportunities for growth she found along the way, and how other women can do the same!
