This group of believers was situated in a town that had a different focus of worship – they served Caesar. He was their god, their savior. And really, as you’ll learn today, anyone who came against this belief was not tolerated – they’d be in danger. Yet the church continued to seek and serve the true God - the all-powerful King of the universe!
