I had fun with this one since I’m not attending births right now and felt I could be so super duper honest! My hope for this podcast is that it inspires you to think beyond the (medical) box we’ve often found ourselves in as midwives and even as mamas that seek midwives.

If we threw all the dopplers out tomorrow, would birth and babies be less safe? I doubt it, and we might have less traumatized midwives to boot! I’d love to hear your thoughts and what your ideas are for slowly getting back to the wisdom that is already inherent in women and the process of birth.
