Last week I attended our EPM Executive quarterly strategic in beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. In addition to planning our next quarter goals, we also put our focus on clarifying our mission and for me this was the biggest impact, because it hits me deep in my heart and it's so fitting that it was done during National Homeowners Month. We collaborated and created. Our mission is to preserve, protect and promote (TAG) The American Gift of homeownership. As part of our discussion we shared, what does the word "home" mean to us. This is where it hits us , because it's such a special word and feeling to all of us. Words like , Love, Comfort, Peace, Joy, Family, Acceptance, Memories, Warmth, Freedom, Belonging, Laughter, Community. Now I want all you Mortgage and Real Estate professionals to stop and realize that you are part of the impact and you make a difference.
