Momma and I crossed paths and when I saw her story I knew I needed to share it with you. She is an example of strength and perseverance. Another story that once again demonstrates life after a traumatic event not only exists but can be wonderful!
MommaFoxFire (she/her) is a mental health advocate, single mom, full-time proposal manager in the AEC industry and variety gamer. She hosts a mental health-focused talk show on Twitch and podcast called Even Tacos Fall Apart and runs the FoxFam community. She has had many ups and downs in life, which led her to raising awareness about mental health topics as an advocate. Her goal is to spread non-toxic positivity across the internet and world through Twitch, Discord, Twitter and the various mental health & gaming communities she interacts with. MommaFoxFire has been living with depression on and off & anxiety since 2015, is still working to overcome C-PTSD from an emotionally abusive marriage, and lived through post-partum depression in 2013/2014. Now she encourages honesty and non-judgmental support in her own FoxFam community and talks openly about mental health via live conversations with mental health professionals & people with experiences/stories to share.
