Matthew 5:5

Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 

MANY PEOPLE HAVE A MISCONCEPTION ABOUT THE HOME OF THE REDEEMED THEY THINK IT IS JUST A PLACE OF SINGING AND FEASTING WITHOUT WORK. THE NEW EARTH IS PARADISE RESTORED JUST AS THERE WAS WORK IN PARADISE LOST THERE IS GOING TO BE WORK THERE.

Genesis 1:15

And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. 

WHEN MAN WAS CREATED HE WAS NOT TO BE IDLE, HE WAS ASSIGNED WORK TO DO IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN. WORK IS NOT AN AFTERMATH OF THE FALL THE PRESENCE OF SIN ONLY INTENSIFIED THE NEED TO WORK SO AS TO AVOID TEMPTATIONS THAT COME WITH IDLENESS. SODOM BECAME A CESSPOOL OF INIQUITY MAINLY BECAUSE OF IDLENESS 

Ezekiel 16:49

Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. 

Ephesians 4:28

Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

GOD HATES IDLENESS, THE CORRUPTION THAT IS TEEMING IN THE WORLD TODAY IS BECAUSE PEOPLE WANT TO EAT THE BREAD OF IDLENESS. EVEN IF NOONE HIRES YOU CREAT YOUR OWN USEFUL EMPLOYMENT, HAVE SELF-RELIANCE.

Matthew 20:6-7

And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle? 7They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive. 

THE IDEAL MOTHER OF PROVERBS CHAPTER 31, IS SELF-EMPLOYED. SHE DOES NOT EAT THE BREAD OF IDLENESS. MANY PEOPLE ARE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND ARE EVEN ABUSED BECAUSE THEY WANT MONEY WITHOUT WORKING.

Proverbs 31:10-13

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. 13She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.

Proverbs 31:16-20

She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. 17She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. 18She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. 19She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. 20She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. 

Proverbs 31:27

She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

BUSY PEOPLE HAVE NO TIME FOR GOSSIP. THE CURE FOR THE CANCER OF MALICIOUS GOSSIP THAT HAS DESTROYED FAMILIES AND PARTED FRIENDS IS HARD WORK

2 Thessalonians 3:11-12

For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies. 12Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

JESUS WHILE ON EARTH DID MANUAL WORK AND EVEN IN THE NEW EARTH  THE REDEEMED WILL WORK AND NOT BE IDLE 

Mark 6:3

Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

Isaiah 65:21-23

And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. 22They shall not build, and another inhabit;
