PROPHETS AND PREACHERS ARE TO MAKE DISCIPLES FOR CHRIST NOT FOR THEMSELVES! THEY ARE TO PREACH “THUS SAYS THE LORD” “IT IS WRITTEN” NOT FOR THE “LIKES ” OF PEOPLE!

Acts 20:29-30

For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 30Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Matthew 7:15

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

“But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.”

WE SHOULD NOT  SELL THE PASTORAL BIRTHRIGHT FOR THE CRUMBS OF THIS WORLD? WE SHOULD LEARN FROM ESAU?

Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭16‬-‭17‬ ‭NKJV‬

“lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright. For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.”‬

Philippians 3:18-19

Ezekiel 13:22-23
