He started investing in real estate 2013 and owns over 140 doors of real estate, including a 12-unit multifamily property in Albuquerque, NM, and a 123-unit portfolio deal in Las Cruces, NM. For the past five years, he has focused on multifamily property investing and syndication. Colby's background is in Civil Engineering. His experience managing multi-million dollar contracts as a Division Manager has transitioned well into his ability to perform asset management on all Mountain Bridge Capital real estate projects.
