Episode Details

The plaintiff says the defendant is his neighbor. He says she scratched his car with her jewelry one day during an altercation with her boyfriend. He says she promised to pay for the damage but never did, so he’s suing. The defendant says it was her ex who scratched the car, not her. 

Then, the plaintiff says she rented what she thought was an air-conditioned oceanfront room in the defendant’s house, but the defendant instead put her in a hot, dirty, rat-infested room, so she left. She’s suing for the money she paid. The defendant says the plaintiff arrived early, so she gave her a different room. The plaintiff left, so she doesn’t owe anything.
