After arriving in Australia in 2004 Giorgio Linguanti (That’s Amore) wanted to create something different that not only fulfilled his creative side, but added to the evolving culinary landscape. He became a cheese maker for the love of creating almost an unlimited number of cheese products from just one simple ingredient, milk.
