EP 46: An Easy Life vs. Quality of Life + the Pathway to Peace & Taking Personal Inventory of Your Excuses

Published 3 years, 1 month ago
Description

Bruce Lee says, "Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."

& gosh do I vibe with that sister friend!

An easy way isn't the BEST way to recovery from food control & unhealthy behaviors leaving you trapped & stuck.

In fact, facing the difficulty head on & embracing the suck of it all, is exactly the path forward to true & lasting freedom.

In today's episode, I talk with you about familiar excuses that you may be telling yourself that are leaving you in a pit of shame & stuckness. I share with you how simply reframing them can help you shape your future in the best direction possible.

You see, the quality of your life (& freedom from disordered eating), is a result of the quality of your decisions (or lack of decisions).

Your very best self is when you have total freedom & you are able to live in the present moment with purpose, joy & need I say...energy!

Body.

Emotions.

Soul.

Thoughts.

Sister, when these 4 things are aligned, the quality of your life will be forever changed.

I hope today's show inspires you to make a positive change & commit to the healthiest version of you.

If this one lights you up, share with a friend & leave a rating & review on Apple podcast.
