If you’ve never heard the term swizzle don’t fret, most haven’t. It’s a term and idea that was created impromptu by host Emily Sander during a team meeting years back. The general idea is to help you and your team be more creatively resourceful.

In this episode of Leveraging Leadership, Emily breaks down what swizzle means and how the idea was born before going through three different examples of swizzling that display its different components and many benefits.
