Outlier Distilling Company say they are 'looking to do things differently from the mass market' and it seems the passion and determination of the tiny team has served them well in the short time they’ve been operating.
For the two main men behind the label, Ian Warborn-Jones and Rick Dacey, proof came in the past few weeks when bottles of their rum started appearing on the shelves of Harrods no less... In a little under three years, they've gone from renovating an old milk shed to having Hoolie Manx rum on the shelves of arguably the most famous shop in the world. But how did they get here? Christy caught up with them to find out.
