🚨 In 2023 & moving forward Central Bank Digital Currencies are going to go mainstream! The biggest threat to CDBC is Stablecoins & Centralized money transmitter protocols such as Ripple The Bank of Japan (BOJ) has released the results of the second phase of its central bank digital currency (CBDC) proof-of-concept (PoC) experiment and confirmed that its CBDC pilot project launched on schedule in April. The second-phase PoC ran for a year, from April 2022 to March 2023, and considered functions to complement the basic ledger functions tested in the first yearlong experiment. 💥 SEC vs Crypto world
Gemini Trust Company and Genesis Global Capital filed a court document on May 26, 2023, seeking the dismissal of a lawsuit brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
