In this episode I reflect on my marriage of 19 years and the cycle of emotional abuse. I want us to stop normalizing abuse and end the cycle of domestic violence in the home. This is for the many people who suffer in silence. It took me a long time to accept that I was a victim. I had to get to a place where i acknowledge it, so that I can heal. You are not alone. You can heal! I pray for both the victim and the abuser, because at some point the abuser was the victim. Do not remain broken, but heal!! Trauma is real and there are resources available for you.
