In this episode, The number one concern people come to me with in their health generally is LOW energy - they may not always even recognize it as that because they’ve lived with it for SO LONG.

When you have low energy reserves, it becomes more challenging to ‘CARE’
So you may tolerate things you shouldn’t because those things then become deep set patterns and are harder to pull out of.

Our state of health is directly proportional to the adequacy of our intake of trace minerals. We need them for tissue, repair, growth, metabolism, and slowing degenerative processes.

One of the ways I’m currently focusing on supporting overall energy with the kidney’s in mind (also gentle detox)  is through plant infusions.

So let's chat minerals and microbes using a red clover infusions to get people started on their rewilded health journey. I also chatted about kidneys and polyphenols Get ready to geek out!

*by the way, I recommend listening to my podcast at 1.5x speed  (since I talk *painfully* slow)
