S1E13: Is dairy inflammatory or is it healthy?

Season 1 Episode 13 Published 2 years, 11 months ago
Description

There has never been more dairy substitutes on the market than there are in the current day and time. What does this say? For centuries dairy was a prized possession, so that begs the question- did dairy change or did we change?

A list of milk to purchase starting with the best:

  1. Local, raw, high A2 grass-fed, and organic with no additives. If you can't find high A2, local and raw are still fantastic. Sheep and goat milk that fall into this category are also wonderful choices.

  2. Organic, grass-fed, low-temp pasteurized and non-homogenized, and ideally local (like Mill-King in TX!)

  3. Grass-fed organic, additive-free store-bought (like Kalona, Maple Hill, etc)

  4. Organic with no additives

  5. Conventional whole milk with no additives

  6. Organic milk with additives

  7. Conventional milk with additives

  8. Milk alternatives. EXCEPT for Aroy-D brand coconut milk  ( linked here on Amazon) or something similar. Everything else is loaded with synthetic ingredients.
