In this episode I interview Liz Hughes and her exploits on the bike. From her early days as a bike courier in London, to discovering the competitive side of the sport and entering the MTB racing scene in Australia. Liz has tried her hand at many different parts of this sport. Moving back to the UK she entered the road racing and cyclocross scene, before finally moving on to her new passion for off-road self supported ultra cycling races.
I really enjoyed my chat with Liz and discussing how the adventures she has undertaken on a bike have changed over the years. Liz now also runs her own cycle coaching business as well - where others can now benefit from her experience.
