The second-ever World Mountain and Trail Running Championships will be held in Innsbruck-Stubai, Austria from June 6-10, 2023 and on this episode of the Trillium Running Podcast, we have one of the representatives from Team Canada, Kerri Labrecque. Kerri is a runner, mother of 2 daughters, nature lover and dietitian, who shares her thoughtful and elegant approach to running and the trails.
