Jenny Goldfarb, aka Mrs. Goldfarb, founded Unreal Deli in 2019. As she grew up on the Standard American Diet, she began to learn about the plight of animals on factory farms, leading her to adopt a plant-based diet. Her goal was to recreate a traditional corned beef & make it from beets, chickpeas, tomatoes, & high protein wheat. She then produced her Corn’d Beef Reubans for Delis, Whole Foods, and Shark Tank. She then started making turkey and steak slices (coming soon).

Previously was CEO of Myriad Genetics, a molecular diagnostic company. There, he launched new products and scaled new business units. Also held leadership positions at Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, Nektar Therapeutics, and Pfizer
