Mayim Vega was formerly a computer scientist at the NASA Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, CA. Then after getting married and starting a family, after various disappointments with the medical system, she decided to become a Naturopathic Herbalist, so she could take care of herself and her family the holistic way. She started Arukah.com in 2009, and now trains others in the art of holistic health and healing, so that they become the healers of their homes and their communities, and build profitable online health coaching businesses.
