In this episode, Jon finally makes it back to Castle Black, only to get hit by an endless train of bad news: the garrison is gone, Lord Commander Mormont has been killed by his own men, Winterfell has fallen to the Ironborn, and oh yeah, Bran and Rickon are dead (or so it seems).
